Jeremy is the managing director of Dantata Solar Ltd. He holds a Ph.D. in political philosophy and is a writer and business development consultant. Since 1993 he has published extensively in the fields of infrastructure, sustainability and renewable energy.
Since 2008 he has been German Coordinator of the Nigerian German Energy Partnership (NGEP), liaising between the two countries at senior ministerial level on issues of power supply, energy security and renewable energy. In 2010 he floated the idea of relying on solar independent power producers (IPPs) in North Nigeria to stabilize the grid and spark socio-economic development there.
He is regularly consulted by the German Foreign Office about Nigeria and has supported the German Federal Chancellor and her personal envoy on Africa.
